CRSG III Bureau is advancing the Xiyong section of Shenzhen Metro Line 8 using modular containers. These containers serve as temporary offices, storage, and living quarters, enhancing construction efficiency and sustainability. The project aims to improve connectivity in eastern Shenzhen by extending the line from Xiaomeisha to Xichong.

CRSG IV Bureau is reconstructing Shenzhen Binhai Avenue Expressway, featuring an 8-lane mainline, 6-lane auxiliary road, and a 1.56-km tunnel. The project aims to enhance traffic flow and create green spaces.

Guangzhou Design Capital was officially approved in 2017, located in the northern part of Baiyun New City, facing Baiyun Mountain to the east and Baiyun Lake to the west. It is adjacent to Huangbian Station of Guangzhou Metro Line 2 and plans to cover a total area of 1400 acres. Currently, dozens of buildings have been completed and will soon be put into operation.
