Difference between Quick Assembly Container and Flat Pack Container
The Quick Assembly Container House and the Flat Pack Container House may not be entirely new to us. We tend to simply call them containers. But do you know the specific differences between them? Many customers still don't quite understand the fundamental distinctions between these two products and think that their appearances are quite similar. Today, let's introduce to you the differences between them:

Brief Introduction to Quick Assembly Container House and Flat Pack Container House:
The quick-assembling container is an improvement based on the mobile house, also known as "quick-assembling house", while the "flat pack House" is evolved from the export-type container house. It is a modular building product based on a Steel Frame and lightweight wall panel structure system.

• Flat Pack Container House: The frame-linking form is achieved by connecting the columns and the top/bottom beams with fastening screws. The top frame and bottom frame are welded during production and then transported together with other materials to the site, which can save more installation time.
• Quick Assembly Container House: The top frame and bottom frame materials need to be assembled on-site after being transported to the site.

• Flat Pack Container House: The connection between the column and the upper and lower lifting heads is made with internal hexagon bolts. This connection is not visible from the outside. When the two boxes are placed side by side, they will be very neatly arranged.
• Quick Assembly Container House: The connection between the column and the upper and lower lifting heads is made using wagon bolts. This connection can be clearly and directly seen from the outside. Due to the certain thickness of the exposed part, there will be approximately one centimeter of gap in the middle when the two boxes are placed side by side.

• Flat Pack Container House: It is equipped with a built-in downpipe. The accumulated water can flow through the top frame drainage channel and be directly discharged from the four built-in downpipes to the bottom of the box.
• Quick Assembly Container House: On rainy days, the accumulated water can be drained through the drainage holes located around the top of the box.

• Flat Pack Container House: The top frame is welded to the wiring box during production. An external industrial plug is used to directly connect to the power supply, which is safer and more convenient.
• Quick Assembly Container House: The exterior of the box is reserved for connecting wires. These wires must be properly connected to the external wires before the box can be powered on.
The common points between Flat Pack Container House and Quick Assembly Container House:
• Mature framework structure. The house is of an integrated structure with a framework inside. The walls are made of color steel composite panels. It is stable and firm, has good seismic resistance, is waterproof, fireproof and corrosion-resistant, and can be customized.
The box-shaped system can be flexibly combined and stacked, meeting the space requirements for various applications.
It is convenient for transportation, especially suitable for units that frequently change construction sites.
• No-weld design, modular installation construction, lightweight, easy to disassemble and assemble, fast speed and high efficiency.
• Service life of 10 years to over 15 years. With an earthquake intensity of 8 and a wind resistance level of 11, it can be reused repeatedly.
