The project involves building temporary housing units on a plot formerly occupied by Fengshan Cement Factory in Shiwang Street, Panyu District, covering an area of approximately 71,555 square meters.
Project Details
- Location: The project is situated to the north of Shiliang Road in Shiwang Street, Panyu District, Guangzhou, and to the east of Panyu Vocational and Technical College.
- Scale: The project is divided into two phases. Phase one, located on the east side of the plot, covers an area of about 42,405 square meters. It will feature two-story temporary housing units with a total construction area of approximately 18,342 square meters, accommodating 1,019 containers and 2,208 beds.
- Investment: The project is estimated to cost around 88.41 million yuan, with funding to be resolved in accordance with the regulations of the People's Government of Panyu District, Guangzhou.
