The construction of the Hong Kong City University (Dongguan) campus is progressing steadily, with CRSG IV Bureau leveraging container construction to enhance efficiency and sustainability。

Located in the Songshan Lake Science City in Dongguan, Guangdong Province, the Hong Kong City University (Dongguan) campus is a key educational initiative. The first phase of the project covers an area of approximately 119,710 square meters, with a total construction area of about 129,707 square meters。This phase includes 15 individual buildings, such as teaching office buildings, dormitories, administrative buildings, sports venues, canteens, and activity centers。

Container Construction for Efficiency

CRSG IV Bureau is utilizing Container Houses as temporary facilities to optimize construction processes. These modular units serve as offices, storage, and living quarters for workers. The use of container construction not only speeds up project delivery but also aligns with sustainable development goals by reducing environmental impact。
